Worked with Dr. Fischl and Dr. Dickinson in the Controlled study in search of risks factors among
Haitians.

Conducted Health Seminars for various community groups. Spoke to High School and Middle School students about Health issues, encouraging them to stay in school and feel good about themselves.

Served on a Task Force to have Haitians removed from the Federal and Drug Administrator’s AIDS risk list so Haitians may participate in the American Red Cross Blood Donation Program.

Worked with others at Federal, State and Local levels to end the discriminatory Immigration policies against Haitians.

Helped to establish the first Dialysis Unit in Haiti.

Helped in several missions in sending medical and Drug supplies to Haiti.

Instrumental in getting Miss America (Miss Marjorie Vincent) to come to Miami and address South Florida in her plan against Battered Women.
